In 2007 we made tremendous progress with our pipeline. A record number of 36 new CDs were delivered - 28 small molecules and 8 biologicals. Even more gratifying was the bow wave of products reaching First Time in man with a record number of 24 in total, 3 being biologicals.

This success has also received external recognition as we were awarded the R&D Directions "Best Early Stage Pipeline" in the industry for the second year in a row.
