The Safe@Heart website acts as a one-stop online guide to better heart health. The website features tips and tricks on Being Safe, Eating Safe and Living Safe through a variety of information, articles, videos and links in both Arabic and English. The Safe@Heart website is also home to the 12 Week Programme, developed by a nutritionist based in the UAE as a step-by-step guide that charts a course through the necessary lifestyle and diet changes needed to improve heart health. The 12 Week Programme helps to increase knowledge on cholesterol, one of the major risk factors that can lead to heart attack, and explains the benefits of healthy foods and physical activity, alongside actions to apply daily.
