Rhinocort (budesonide)

Rhinocort (budesonide) is an anti-inflammatory glucocorticosteroid for the treatment of non-infectious rhinitis, and for treatment of nasal polyposis. Non-infectious rhinitis includes seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever), perennial allergic rhinitis (e.g. house dust mite allergy), and vasomotor rhinitis.

Rhinocort Aqua (a water-based suspension in a pump spray) is available in the United Kingdom, other formulations such as Rhinocort Turbuhaler (nasal inhalation powder), and Rhinocort pMDI (pressurised metered dose inhaler) are available in some other markets outside the UK.
