AZ and the Red Cross

At the end of 2011, our long-standing TB-focused partnership with the British Red Cross came to a close.  Over 10 years, the partnership helped to reduce the incidence of TB and improve the quality of life of people living with TB and TB/HIV co-infection in vulnerable communities in Central Asia and sub-Saharan Africa.  The British Red Cross are now our global disaster relief partner. Our work in TB continues with our dedicated research and our collaborations to find urgently needed new treatments.
