AstraZeneca aims to recruit MBA graduates to develop into our future leaders.  We’re looking for people who wish to pursue an operational sales and marketing career, with the potential and ambition to become ‘Marketing Company Presidents’ or other leading operational roles in our global organisation.

After proven success in your first role in the organisation we would envisage, based on strong performance and in competition with our internal talent pool, that you would be promoted into an operational line position, either in sales or marketing.

Entry roles will often depend on your experience prior to your MBA and may include:

• Associate Business Director - Reporting to Regional Vice Presidents or Marketing Company Presidents 
• New Business Development Manager - Reporting to Senior Management Team Member 
• ISMO Finance Manager – Reporting to ISMO Finance VP

This is a high profile career track that requires individuals with strong business sense and practical experience. Your ability to innovate and to communicate effectively with senior levels of management will make you a highly visible and sought-after individual within the company.

Programme qualifications include an MBA in Marketing or Strategy from a Top 25 business school and 4+ years of pre-MBA work experience. Strong preference for candidates with prior operational sales or marketing experience. A second European language is an advantage. Mobility between countries will facilitate future career progression.
