Adverse event reporting
If you are taking any of AstraZeneca’s or Alexion’s (AstraZeneca Rare Disease company) medication and you experience:
- An adverse event or side effects, defined as the development of an undesirable medical condition or deterioration of pre-existing medical condition following or during exposure to a medication, or
- A special situation such as an exposure during pregnancy/breastfeeding, suspected transmission of infectious agents, technical/quality complaints, drug interactions, overdose, abuse, misuse, misadministration, medication error, occupational exposure, and lack of efficacy
